Born and bred in Springfield, Ohio, Dan has been a volunteer leader since 2001.  Dan began leading at Clark Middle School and has lead at Northwestern High School and Springfield High School, where currently he is a leader. Dan started full-time Young Life staff in Springfield at the beginning of July 2008 a month after he was married to his better half Tiffany Ketterman.  Dan also graduated from Wright State University with a BA in Religion and plans on attending seminary sometime in the future.
