Each local area has a committee of adults who believe in the mission of Young Life: to introduce adolescents to Jesus Christ and to help them grow in their faith. You'll find adults from all different backgrounds, careers and denominations, including lots of moms and dads who care about kids.

Committee members partner with the local ministry in a variety of ways, some of which include praying for the local area, participating in fund-raising events and providing administrative help to the local staff.

The committee for North Lake Tahoe meets monthly to provide financial stewardship, spiritual leadership and community outreach.  Committee members are Barbara DeWitt (Chair), Jennifer Lee (Secretary), Dennis Nerstad (treasurer), Barbara Frederic, and Barbara Brown (administrative assistant).
